Do you ship to worldwide?
No, we only ship orders in USA.
What kinds of payment are accepted?
We accept the following forms of secure payment:

Do we provide gift cards?
Yes, you can buy a E-Gift Card for your loved ones or friends on this page Gift Card. Please note that the gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable.

How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Any shipping fee under $50 will be charged. An additional fee will apply if you want it faster.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on your selection prior the ordering section. If you choose free standard shipping, it takes 5-10 days. You can get it in 2-5 days for an additional cost of $9.99 for express shipping.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us upon completing the order that includes a proof of purchase, receipt, and "Track My Order" link. You can contact us if you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours.
In partnership with Route, you can track your order via Route app on your phone. This makes easier for both of us!
How do I return or exchange an item?
It is important to note that we do not accept refunds, except in cases of our error. You can exchange your items or obtain store credit, however, if the conditions are met. You can find more details about returns in the Return Policy page.
