RETURN POLICY

Our aim is to ensure a hassle-free return process for our valued customers. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that all items have their original tags attached and are in new or great condition—unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Our stringent quality checks prior to shipping ensure that items meet our high standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, kindly contact us immediately, and we will promptly address the issue.

Please note that our store does not offer refunds. However, we gladly accept exchanges and provide store credit upon request. Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, or opt for store credit, please indicate this preference in your return inquiry.

Please be aware that a returned item cannot be exchanged or credited if it has been damaged, adapted, or washed, resulting in the item being deemed ineligible for return and kept as a loss.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning/shipping the item(s) back to MILANNA. We highly recommend using a shipping method equipped with tracking and insurance for a secure return.

Once your return inquiry has been accepted, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. We aim to complete the return process within two weeks.
